Looking back
PAE‑e‑green Days 2026
Tomorrow in E-motion: two days on sustainable electromobility, 3 and 4 March 2026 at Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld.
Looking back
Two days, four topics
As part of the Interreg project PAE-e-green, scientists, policymakers, industry associations and, above all, companies from the automotive sector and its supply chain met on 3 and 4 March 2026 at Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld (UCB) of Trier University of Applied Sciences. The focus was the entire electromobility value chain.
Eleven speakers from industry, research and policy – among them Michael Hauer, State Secretary at the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry for Climate Protection – and seven exhibitors were on the programme. The discussions covered:
Energy and resource efficiency
in electromobility
New business models
in the electrified value chain of electric vehicles
Carbon accounting
and life cycle assessment
Ecodesign and new strategies
reuse, repair, remanufacturing, recycling
The Days offered room for exchange with experts from academia, industry and policy, insights into decarbonising the automotive value chain and new cross-border partnerships in the Greater Region.
